The Bigfoot Audio Net is a 1st of its kind when it comes to Bigfoot Research in Ohio. It is a series of 2-12 (sometimes more) audio recorders placed around either areas known to have activity, a recent sighting or public land. These recorders are set at intervals of 1/2 mile where as a straight line can cover the distance of 6 miles or 2 square miles. Each recorder is set to do a timed recording from 1/2 hour before sunset and will record for 5 hours 30 min non-stop. During the warmer months they record 3 to 5 days consecutively. Once the recorders are collected the audio then gets edited. If a recorder should have something possibly Bigfoot related on it, Due to its being tagged I can go back & concentrate on the specific area that the recorder was placed. They are kind of like "Audio Scouts" that do a lot of work for me. I can also split them up or add to them giving me the ability to scout multiple areas as once. For example I can set up 3 separate nets, 1 at Salt Fork, 1 at Wills Creek & 1 at Mohican or I can surround a large area such as Woodbury Wildlife Area or Killbuck Creek Wildlife Area. I can set them away from human interference & noise pollution including even myself.
Below are just a few of the recordings that the audio net has captured. Please Enjoy.
